Over time he had found this to be a lot of up keep so decided to shave his hair off and have SMP (scalp micropigmentation) done. Once his hair had been shaved off we saw a lot of scarring that had been caused by removing hair follicles during the transplant. This client had 4 sessions done over a period of around 8 weeks and I also worked on the scars at the back of the head as well to blend in with the rest of the hair.
